hollow steel rods with reduced inertia to overcome in gliding and
turning. The ¾" steel rods are made of cold-drawn seamless tubes
with high yield strength against bending, the same steel material as
used on professional gymnastic equipment.
Telescopic rods do not go through side walls on the rival player's
side-- no poking injury to players / onlookers ----- safety
